At MyTinyLegend, we take great pride in creating personalized books that are tailored to your child’s unique story. Because each book is custom-made to order, we have the following return policy:
Personalized Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has been placed. Each book is carefully crafted to include details such as your child's name, preferences, and other personalizations, which makes every book one-of-a-kind.
Damaged or Defective Books
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or issue a full refund for any defective products. Please provide photos of the damage, along with your order number, so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Incorrect Personalization
If there is an error in the personalization that was made by us (e.g., a misspelled name, incorrect design), please reach out to us immediately at hello@mytinylegend.com. We will happily correct the error and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges for personalized books. However, if you’ve made a mistake when entering the details at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to make adjustments before the book goes to print. Once the printing process begins, changes can no longer be made.

Non-Personalized Items
If you purchased any non-personalized items, they may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure that the items are in unused, original condition.
