Custom Orders: All of our products are personalized and made to order. You acknowledge that production time for custom orders is typically 1-2 business days. We strive to deliver your custom products as quickly as possible, but due to the personalized nature, we ask for your patience.
Ready-to-Ship Orders: Ready-to-ship products are processed within 2-3 business days.
3. Shipping and Delivery

4. Cancellation Policy
Custom Orders: You may cancel or modify your custom order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, we begin production, and cancellations or changes may no longer be possible.
Ready-to-Ship Orders: Orders for ready-to-ship products can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
5. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit cards and other available payment methods listed at checkout.
6. Refunds and Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for custom items unless there is a defect in the product. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@mytinylegend.com with photos of the defect.
