Processing Time & Design Proof
We understand the excitement of receiving your personalized book, so we work quickly to bring your child’s story to life. Processing time is typically 1-2 business days. Once you place your order, we’ll immediately start working on it.
Within 24 hours of placing your order, we will send you a design proof via email to the address you provided at checkout for your approval. You’ll receive a link to review and approve the design. We offer unlimited revisions to ensure your book is perfect. Printing will begin only after your approval, so you can be sure everything is just as you want it.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our books, we are unable to accept cancellations once the order has been placed. We begin working on your book immediately after receiving your order, so please ensure all details are correct before submitting.
Shipping Time
Once your personalized book is finalized and printed, we will ship it to you. Shipping times depend on your location:
- USA & Canada: 6-8 business days
- UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand: 6-9 business days
- All Other Regions: 6-9 business days

Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, so you don’t have to worry about extra fees when receiving your child’s personalized adventure.
Expedited Shipping
If you need your book sooner, we also offer expedited shipping for an additional cost. Please select the expedited option during checkout for faster delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to easily track your book’s journey from our hands to yours.
